We recommend using IDEALE Spray whether it is cooked vegetables or not: for a small portion just 1/2 vaporizations are enough.
In case there is a large quantity of dressing (eg salad for the whole family) it becomes more practical. Whatever the chosen product, the advice remains valid that to best dress a salad, first use IDEAL, then the vinegar and, only last, the oil.
We recommend using IDEALE Spray at the end of cooking: for example, on a grilled fish, just 2/3 vaporizations are enough to best enhance the flavor of the fish.

To salt the pasta water, we recommend using IDEALE Grosso or Fino according to your habits: even if everyone has their own perception of flavor, it is correct for 100 g of dry pasta to use 1 liter of water and 12-14 g of IDEALE.
First we boil the water, then we put IDEALE and the pasta.
Otherwise we recommend cooking the pasta in unsalted water. Then, when the pasta is already seasoned on the plate, use IDEALE spray trying several successive sprays to find the right flavor.
